Our goal is to improve operational efficiency and decision-making through data-driven insights. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Data Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain data monitoring systems for warehousing, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient reporting.
  • Monitor warehouse operations, identify areas of improvement, and implement process optimization strategies.
  • Provide data support for projects across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and optimize data products, such as reports and dashboards, to enhance visibility and inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a warehousing context.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • English language proficiency, with Chinese proficiency a plus.
