Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the implementation of large-scale and complex projects in the payments industry. This critical role will involve managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, overseeing every stage of project development, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure seamless project execution, tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting course as necessary.
  • Analyze project requirements, providing cost estimates, resource allocation, and timelines for successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with project staff to identify priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate efforts to meet project targets and milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in the payments/cards industry is essential, with a proven track record of successfully managing implementations.
  • Excellent communication, resilience, and leadership skills are necessary to drive project success.
  • Advanced English language proficiency is required for effective communication with global teams.
