Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance backlog for onshore maintenance within your specific discipline.
  • Plan and mobilize resources for onshore repairs, collaborating with the offshore maintenance team.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory and safety standards.
  • Align with the offshore maintenance department to develop and execute maintenance strategies.
  • Provide visibility into the onshore maintenance process with regular updates.

This role involves coordinating with the offshore maintenance team, planning and mobilizing resources, and overseeing the procurement and repair processes. You are also accountable for tracking maintenance performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical/Materials Engineering or Automation Engineering.
  • Experience in maintenance practices.
  • Oil and gas experience is desired.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. They should also be proficient in analytical tools and have experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
