Project Engineer Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled project engineer to lead the technical oversight of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership during design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with IEEE standards and EPC contract requirements.
  • Drive technical excellence and provide supervision for design and construction phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a strong knowledge of IEEE standards, EPC processes, and interconnection requirements, as well as proficiency in tools and platforms such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, SCADA, and Primavera.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar and BESS project engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams &/or consultants and managing complex projects.
