Solar Energy Project Development Lead
Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the commercial and strategic development of solar energy projects in Brazil.
This role will be instrumental in expanding our renewable energy portfolio and securing new opportunities in the country.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in business development for utility-scale Solar PV projects in Brazil, as well as a proven track record in managing the full project lifecycle from greenfield development to financial close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the development of solar energy projects, including greenfield and brownfield development phases, to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the construction phase, analyzing Return of Experience / Look Back to capture lessons learned and improve the development of brownfield projects.
- Delivering target project financial metrics at financial close.
- Negotiating Condition Precedents related to the development of project.
- SUPPORTING IN THE PREPARATION OF COMMERCIAL AND TENDER DOCUMENTATION.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, driven with a hands-on proactive approach to business, and the ability to be flexible and adapt rapidly.
