Senior Operations Executive

The role of Senior Operations Executive is to oversee and lead operational teams across various departments, including customer support, teaching, and other functions as needed.

  • Directly manage a team of over 50 personnel, with experience in managing team leaders and heads.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and motivational frameworks to drive team performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality through performance analytics, Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks, checklists, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating cross-functional projects to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Managing budgets and financial resources to optimize ROI.
  • Leading process improvements to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in sales, contact center, and customer support environments.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards shared objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.

The interview process will consist of:

  • A test task to evaluate technical skills.
  • A presentation to showcase the test task outcome.
  • Reference checks.
