EDiscovery Data Handler

This role is part of a top-tier global eDiscovery team that collaborates with innovative professionals across various disciplines in a dynamic environment to fulfill litigation and regulatory needs.
DescriptionBecome a skilled data handler and work with a wide variety of data sources, including electronic communications, voice, structured and unstructured data. You will perform research and identification, along with the preservation, collection, disposition, and/or secure delivery of data within pre-defined Service Level Agreements and turnaround times.
- Respond to and fulfill eDiscovery requests across various data sources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors in support of request fulfillment.
- Maintain a level of understanding of the business uses for the systems from which data is being requested and proactively address questions related to fulfilling such requests.
- Act as a liaison between the eDiscovery team and technology contacts to manage various legal restoration and preservation requests.
- Support the continuous improvement of eDiscovery operational processes globally.
- Draft and/or review process management documentation, maintain organized updates and detailed matter/project notes.
As an experienced professional within the Legal Discovery Management team, you will leverage various eDiscovery tools to facilitate the execution of these requests. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader goals, projects, and initiatives across the eDiscovery spectrum in an effort to continuously develop, update, and improve our eDiscovery program.
The team manages legal and other risks, advises on products and services, interprets laws and regulations that impact the organization, and advises the organization on other matters.
