Corporate Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate transactions, contracts, and other commercial deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on all aspects of corporate transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements.
- Identify and manage legal risks associated with transactions and business operations.
Advice and Counsel:
- Responsible for managing an active portfolio of legal issues with respect to products and services.
- Advise as to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel.
Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with peers and senior management to best meet company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Key Customers and EAI mid- to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Language: Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar or Brazilian equivalent.
- Several years of experience in a large law firm and at a multinational corporation.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with the ability to effectively communicate legal concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
