About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our LATAM region, you will leverage your expertise in payroll system deployments and change management to drive successful adoption across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management initiatives related to payroll system implementations and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs, build consensus, and ensure that payroll change initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of payroll changes, providing data-driven recommendations and maintaining comprehensive documentation and reports.
  • Work within broad organizational guidelines and policies, adapting change management strategies as necessary to fit within these parameters.
Requirements
  • Proficient experience in payroll system and processes through the lens of change management support, with a proven track record driving successful employee enablement outcomes.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate the impact of payroll changes and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to build consensus and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate within broad guidelines and policies, with a flexible approach to adapting change management strategies.
  • Prosci Methodology (Preferred): While not mandatory, certification in Prosci (or similar change management methodologies) is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Works in the LATAM region.
  • Knowledge of specific payroll systems or platforms relevant to the LATAM market.
  • Working toward or already holding a Change Management accreditation.
