Key Role: Site Activation Coordinator

This critical position supports our projects by leading feasibility, site identification, regulatory, start-up, and maintenance activities. Work under moderate supervision, ensuring all actions adhere to regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and project requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and manage site documentation, including reviews and negotiations of site documents and contracts with sites and sponsors.
  2. Maintain, review, and report on site performance metrics, serving as the primary point of contact for investigative sites.
  3. Track completion of appropriate documents for sites, ensure contracts are fully executed, and establish project timelines.
  4. Collaborate with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, and other departments to perform feasibility, site activation, and some maintenance activities in assigned studies.
  5. Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy under guidance from senior staff.
  6. Inform team members of completion of regulatory contractual, and other documents for individual sites.
  7. Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
  8. Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate and complete project-specific information.
  9. Monitor, track, and follow up the progress, approval, and execution of required documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF), and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or related field.
  • 1-3 years' prior experience in life sciences or similar (or equivalent combination of education, training, and clinical, healthcare, and/or pharma experience) working with regulatory and start-up activities is a must. Prior experience supporting US sites is highly valued.
  • Advanced level of English (you'll be working with North America on a daily basis).
  • Able to work independently to problem-solve collaboratively and to raise issues appropriately as needed.
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and sponsors.
