We are seeking a highly motivated Country Activation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless site activation across various countries.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work on-site at client offices, interacting with stakeholders and implementing project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication, independence, teamwork, problem-solving, and computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Local submissions specialist: follow project direction, serve as a point of contact during start-up, compile/review documentation for site activation.
- Prepare and submit regulatory and ethics applications, amendments, and notifications under supervision.
- Act as liaison between investigational sites and functional leads, oversee site activation end-to-end.
- Support site ID and feasibility assessments.
- Assist with investigator contract and budget negotiations, quality control, and document archiving.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's Degree or equivalent, understanding of clinical trial processes, and experience working in a similar capacity. You must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
