Lead Digital Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled Lead Digital Experience Designer to define and drive the end-to-end digital experience strategy. This role involves ensuring seamless interaction between IoT-driven service tools and users.

  • This includes building, mentoring, and leading a team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and service designers to create best-in-class digital solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will partner with product owners, engineers, and data teams to ensure design informs product strategy and execution.
  • They will also lead cross-functional workshops and co-creation initiatives with stakeholders to align business and user needs.

In this role, you will establish and scale a design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints. Additionally, you will advocate for human-centered design-led innovation at the leadership level, ensuring design is a core driver of our transformation.

  • The successful candidate will have a master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or significant work experience in this field in a leading digital organization.
  • They should have 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, service design, or digital product design, as well as 3+ years of leading, mentoring, and managing design teams.

Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, service design, or digital product design.
  • 3+ years of leading, mentoring, and managing design teams.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and best practices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of the design process.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of influencing product, engineering, and business teams through design strategy.
  • Experience within B2B companies bringing digital products with excellent user experience to market.
  • Expertise in enterprise tools, IoT interfaces, or field service applications.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe, or similar, and Agile ways of working.
