Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Judge.me. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide installation and onboarding support for new users
- Offer omnichannel support through chat, email, calls, social media, and forums
- Solve technical issues or prepare them for our developers
- Answer questions about app features and settings
- Improve users' stores by fine-tuning settings and customizations
Requirements:
- English, Spanish, Portuguese language skills
- A positive attitude to make users successful
- Willingness to learn about e-commerce, technical aspects of our app, and Shopify/WooCommerce/BigCommerce/Squarespace
- Minimum technical requirements: internet speed, computer specifications, and software versions
What We Offer:
- Job title: Technical Customer Support Specialist
- Working hours: 12:30 - 21:30 BRT (8 hours a day and 1-hour lunch break)
- Location: Remote work until we have an office in São Paulo
