Compliance Program Manager

This high-visibility role will assist in strengthening the compliance program and integrity culture.

  • Provide regular updates on each case and work to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Ensure prompt escalation of significant Open Reporting concerns to the Global Leader.
  • Validate data accuracy and compliance with data privacy requirements, as needed.
  • Provide ongoing oversight for part-time Ombudspersons, including identifying new part-time Ombuds, providing training and awareness raising, and measuring effectiveness.
  • Work with the broader compliance team to lead and participate in projects to improve the Open Reporting program and integrity culture.
  • Back up the Global Leader as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of compliance, legal, or similar relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
  • Demonstrated process execution skills with strong attention to details and prioritization.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a global environment, set priorities, and drive tasks and projects to conclusion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication; professional fluency in English.
  • Solid judgment, high personal integrity, clear thinker, and business sense.
Desired Characteristics
  • Bilingual skills a plus, especially Portuguese.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Skilled in data analytics.
  • Advanced experience in creating and delivering clear and effective presentations.
  • Experience with Lean; demonstrated ability to change processes to be simpler and more adaptive.
  • Ability to work horizontally to deliver outcomes.
