Manufacturing Compliance Specialist

This role involves inspecting manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Inspect manufacturing sites to ensure labor rights, health and safety, and environmental security are met;
- Record all findings in detailed reports and deliver them to clients;
- Approach their job with utmost integrity and professionalism;
We may also request that you:
- Provide expert advice in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures;
- Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our operations projects;
Requirements include:
- APSCA registration at CSCA level;
- Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI;
- Work experience in 3rd party auditing;
- Experience in Environmental Audit;
- SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
