About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our validation program at our manufacturing site. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our processes and systems meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive validation program that aligns with Colgate-Palmolive's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the validation team in the development and execution of validation protocols, including risk assessments, qualification of equipment and systems, and validation of computerized systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that validation activities are integrated into the overall quality management system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including validation protocols, reports, and records, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on validation procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on validation progress, including metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science, engineering, or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance and validation.
  • Proven track record of leading validation programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and FDA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Google tools and related courses.
