Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

A highly skilled and proactive QA professional is required to lead testing execution activities, collaborate in review meetings, identify and escalate QA issues, and guide others on correct processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing execution activities and collaborate in review meetings with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop test matrices and automated scripts, translating business needs into actionable tasks.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA methodologies and tools.

  • Participate actively in agile team discussions and ceremonies, ensuring collaboration and transparency.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance and test automation, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress), with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Familiarity with agile project management principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (advanced to fluent), with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Analytical profile with strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
