We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and be proficient in technology and information systems.

The role is key to supporting the management and execution of projects, with a strong emphasis on ensuring alignment with industry best practices and corporate governance standards.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving results through structured methodologies and a hands-on approach.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to high-complexity projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
  • Support the development of comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, RACI matrices, and status reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating requirement gathering and system implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with traditional methodologies (e.g., PMBOK) and Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of IT Governance and frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL.
  • Familiarity with the structure and operations of a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Strong grasp of the Information Systems development lifecycle.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or equivalents), including key modules.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and related frameworks.

Languages:
  • Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) and/or Agile Methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM).
  • Experience working on international projects.
