Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Shared Services Center Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing and implementing effective strategies for the Shared Services Center, ensuring process efficiency through compliance with established key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting, financial management, calculations, internal control, reports, and financial processes. They will be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with different hierarchical levels. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Effective Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies for the Shared Services Center, aligned with the objectives of each business unit.
  • Identify and Implement Continuous Improvements: Identify and implement continuous improvements in SSC processes and systems, with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with Other Functional Areas: Collaborate with other functional areas and business leaders to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage Financial Control: Manage COFCO's financial control involving Accounts Payable and Receivable operations, ensuring write-offs and controls and advances made to suppliers, following established policies.
  • Ensure Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with current laws and internal procedures, being the point of reference.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement and Automation: Promote continuous improvement and automation of processes under your management and implement the necessary controls to mitigate risks and losses for the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Related Fields: A bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business administration, or related fields is required.
  • MBA/Postgraduate Degree – Controllership, Financial Management, and People Management: An MBA/postgraduate degree in controllership, financial management, and people management is preferred.
  • More Than 7 Years of Experience in SSC: More than 7 years of experience in SSC is required.
  • Work Experience in a Multinational Company: Work experience in a multinational company in a matrix environment and in the agribusiness sector is required.
  • Fluency in English: Fluency in English is required.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Experience with SAP System: Experience with the SAP system is preferred.
  • Experience with SLAs and KPIs: Experience with SLAs and KPIs is required.
  • Strong Project and Process Management Skills: Strong project and process management skills are required.
  • Ability to Interact Effectively with Different Hierarchical Levels: The ability to interact effectively with different hierarchical levels is required.
