Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Incident Management Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring business continuity and protecting customer experience.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing incidents, performing monitoring and incident management activities, and working on shifts (16/7 coverage) to monitor multiple business systems and detect incidents across multiple service dependencies.

">

Key responsibilities include executing appropriate redundancy protocols based on service type, coordinating incident communication with multiple parties, familiarizing yourself with incident management documentation, and learning the company products at a technical and operational level.

">

You will also liaise with third parties during incident management, understand how the environments and available configurations work, acquire insight into incident management processes in a global company, communicate daily with other teams in and outside the company, and constantly develop skills and get new knowledge in the incident management domain.

Additionally, you will carry out investigations to determine incident root causes, possess knowledge of monitoring and incident reporting methodologies and processes, and have good written and verbal communication skills in English to communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
