We seek a Senior Talent Acquisition and L&D Manager to drive strategic talent acquisition and learning development initiatives across LATAM.
This is a senior role with a high-impact focus on talent acquisition (65%) and learning & development (35%).
- Talent Acquisition:
- Responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies
- Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR management
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
