Talent Acquisition and Learning Strategist - LATAM Region
Job Description:
As a key member of our LATAM HR team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of talent in this fast-paced, multicultural environment. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and developing effective talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, select, and hire top talent for LATAM roles, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce, partnering with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful content.
- Regional Collaboration: Work closely with LATAM HR Team members to ensure seamless integration of talent initiatives across countries.
- Business Acumen: Analyze business metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform talent decisions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of the LATAM market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in learning and development, including training program design and delivery.
