About the Role

As a key member of our Innovative Medicine division, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive effective recruiting strategies and lead outcomes with business leaders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming the way we approach talent acquisition, prioritizing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and developing strategic plans to address talent challenges.

  • Influence and communicate with business leaders to drive recruiting strategies and set expectations for success.
  • Translate business priorities into talent acquisition plans and execute on those plans.
  • Prioritize diversity and inclusion initiatives and develop strategic plans to address talent challenges.
  • Motivate team members to achieve service standards through coaching and performance feedback.
  • Analyze team performance and workload to optimize case assignment and deliver targeted Assessment and Selection Service Levels.
  • Collaborate with HR Community and key partners to ensure awareness and understanding of key business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of HR/recruiting experience, including 3+ years in recruiting or talent sourcing capability.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to provide clear direction quickly and handle multiple projects in an agile environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
