We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to drive our recruitment efforts in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact talent acquisition initiatives that support our business goals.

Your primary focus will be on translating our global practice model into actionable deliverables, building and improving recruiting strategies, and staying connected with the external talent community. You will also craft long-term relationships with candidates, build a healthy pipeline of passive talent, and lead a portfolio of internal clients in recruiting best practices.

This role requires a deep understanding of our business needs, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Sciences, or Technology
  • At least 6 years of direct experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
