Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement innovative talent acquisition initiatives in Latin America.

This key role will involve designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive talent programs to attract, assess, and hire top-tier entry-level candidates across various disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, program management, or a related field, and possess advanced language abilities in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans tailored to the Latin American job market
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Creating data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of talent programs

Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring
  • Able to work in a hybrid mode from our office in São Paulo (2 times/week or 8 days/month)
