Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Strategist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.

As a key member of our global talent acquisition team, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions. Your proactive approach and expertise in recruitment will drive the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including interview planning and candidate communication
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is a must
