Shape the Future of Payment Methods

We are seeking a talented and experienced product leader to drive strategic growth in our core payments products.

Job Requirements:
  • Strategic Product Management: Develop and execute product strategies across LATAM for acquiring, local payment methods, and platform enablers.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Product Simplification & Optimization: Streamline regional product portfolios to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and accelerate adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, partnerships, and compliance teams to deliver market-ready products.

You will be responsible for defining what great looks like for Payment Methods in the region, aligning teams behind that vision, and delivering measurable impact to customers and the business.

  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on strategy, product development, and launch execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
