About the Opportunity:
On behalf of a key player in Payments solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and connected Head of iGaming Business Development to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of driving business growth in the dynamic iGaming sector by leveraging cutting-edge payment technologies. Role Overview:
As the Head of iGaming Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth within the iGaming industry. You will leverage your deep understanding of the iGaming market and your existing network to secure new clients, foster strategic partnerships, and position our payment solutions as the go-to choice for iGaming operators in Brazil. Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in the iGaming sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in iGaming companies. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the iGaming market and achieve revenue targets. Advocate for our suite of payment solutions, including gateways, instant payments (e.G., PIX), and API integrations. Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) to tailor solutions to client needs. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to position the company as a leader in iGaming payments. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong network of contacts. Understanding of payment solutions (gateways, instant payments, integrations, etc.). Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles, particularly in securing and managing high-value clients. Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Principais Responsabilidades:
Identificar, engajar e conquistar novas oportunidades de negócios no setor de iGaming. Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com tomadores de decisão em empresas de iGaming. Desenvolver e executar estratégias para penetrar no mercado de iGaming e atingir metas de receita. Promover o portfólio de soluções de pagamento da empresa, incluindo gateways, pagamentos instantâneos (ex.:
PIX) e integrações via API. Colaborar estreitamente com equipes internas (produto, marketing e operações) para adaptar as soluções às necessidades dos clientes. Manter-se à frente das tendências do setor, mudanças regulatórias e ofertas da concorrência para posicionar a empresa como líder em pagamentos para iGaming. Representar a empresa em eventos do setor, conferências e oportunidades de networking. Qualificações Necessárias:
Experiência comprovada no setor de iGaming, com uma forte rede de contatos. Conhecimento em soluções de pagamento (gateways, pagamentos instantâneos, integrações, etc.). Histórico de sucesso em desenvolvimento de negócios ou vendas, especialmente na conquista e gestão de clientes de alto valor. Pensador estratégico, com excelentes habilidades de negociação e comunicação. Capacidade de entender necessidades complexas de clientes e traduzi-las em soluções personalizadas. O Que Oferecemos:
