Job Title: Senior Manager Business Development

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Head of Business Development to lead our charge in the Americas Large Merchants market. You will head a high-performing team of Business Development (BD) hunters and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships with prominent enterprise merchants.

  • Lead and inspire a team of commission-based Business Development Managers focused on acquiring new Mid Market merchants in the Americas region.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies, account prioritization, and territory planning.
  • Drive pipeline generation, sales velocity, and team performance in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
