Job Title: Scientific Test Specialist

The scientific test specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and efficient laboratory results to customers. This role identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and performs quality assurance tests on company products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular audits to ensure the laboratory operates according to required standards
- Prepare technical presentations for internal and external customers
- Develop the competency level required to perform advanced additive selection and fluid design
- Ensure that laboratory equipment is in clean, working condition and that waste is regularly disposed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree: Chemistry Technician
- Experience: Previous experience with DSL (Dynamic Scale Loop) and general tests for production chemicals selection
- Language: Intermediate English
- CRQ active

What We Offer:
