About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business value through our local acquiring operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down requirements into features and user stories
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring dependencies are well-defined
  • Attend Agile ceremonies, support UAT, demos, and production proving activities
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional requests
  • Support decision-making and development prioritization through analysis and recommendations
  • Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of product information, updating internal channels and creating relevant documentation on delivered features
Requirements
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish
  • 3+ years of experience in the payments industry, preferably in a Product Owner/Analyst position
  • Experience working under Agile processes, preferably SAFe
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze relevant information from stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate requirements clearly to Development teams
  • Excellent presentation skills to present demos and training material to audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handling priorities and interacting with different stakeholders
