We are looking for a cloud computing leader who will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financial Modules.

This role involves working with customers, resolving issues, and collaborating with the global support team located in India.

You will have hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud modules and must have experience in leading cloud support projects.

The ideal candidate will have broad experience in cloud implementations, good understanding of global support models, and collaboration skills.

Additionally, you should have senior resources with the ability to work independently with customers and collaborate on agile projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support
  • Issue resolution and fix
  • Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue
  • Work with Oracle on Service request
  • Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
