We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the technical design and implementation of a transformative capability.

This role is pivotal in architecting a scalable, AI-driven solution that seamlessly integrates advanced data processing, intuitive web interfaces, and intelligent automation. A strategic thinker who thrives in complexity and cultivates strong stakeholder relationships will excel in this position. You will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and market competitiveness.

Note: This is a long-term contract position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion software excellence and talent development by promoting strong SDLC practices and mentoring junior developers.
  • Lead the architecture of automation use cases using cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with stakeholders across business and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Develop and maintain front-end (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and back-end (Python, FastAPI, Node.js) layers that support GenAI workflows and agentic interactions.
  • Design robust REST and GraphQL APIs for real-time agent communication, tool execution, and memory handling.
  • Architect and optimize ETL pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.
  • Deploy and scale services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and delivery teams to align technical execution with strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cloud Platform Proficiency: Solid experience in architecting, deploying, and managing applications across leading cloud platforms.
  • Embedded Systems and CI/CD: Experience with embedded devices, operating systems, and server-client architecture.
  • Architecture Design: Experience in Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
  • .NET Development Skills: Extensive hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
  • Integration with SAP and Salesforce: Demonstrated ability to integrate .NET applications with both SAP and Salesforce platforms.
  • Security and Compliance: Deep understanding of security practices related to cloud-hosted applications.
  • Scalability and High Availability: Proven expertise in designing applications that are highly scalable and resilient.
  • Agile Development Practices: Strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Strategic Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking: Ability to address complex technical and integration challenges with a strategic mindset.
Specialized Skills:
  • Prototyping: Ability to engage in rapid prototype development.
  • Vendor and Partner Engagement: Direct experience managing relationships with outsourcing and consulting partners.
  • Cloud Architecture Design: Deep understanding of cloud solutions and architectures.
