Customer Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented Customer Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth by managing client relationships, meeting performance goals, ensuring proper account setup and risk management, analyzing client data, coordinating with internal teams, and continuously developing skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients to achieve overall customer health and growth.
  • Serve as a focal point for clients when it comes to meeting business and technical expectations, coordinating different teams to best serve customers.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs to ensure overall business growth for assigned clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other related tools.
