Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing approaches and manage partner expectations.
- Develop and maintain a sourcing strategy through proactive sourcing and market research, conducting interviews of potential candidates, and recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment.
- Articulate recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
