Job Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our global customer success team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer success, revenue management, and technology, with experience in SaaS or software industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure customer success.
  • Lead a high-performing CSM team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and support to drive customer success.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, working closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements
  • Excellent academic results at school and university.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, Communication, or STEM.
  • Knowledge and passion for customer success, revenue management, and technology, experience in SaaS or software industries.
  • Track record of bringing exceptional customer success experience results.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, scientific.
  • Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience growing and developing a CSM team.
  • Hands-on approach to using data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
