Lead Indirect Tax Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned tax expert to join our team as a Senior Tax Professional. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS on sales) and direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL). They should also possess solid knowledge of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, DCTF, GIA, PER/DCOMP) and be able to reconcile tax data and analyze discrepancies.
- Responsible for the calculation, validation, and reconciliation of indirect taxes
- Supports the calculation and review of direct taxes
- Prepares, reviews, and submits tax obligations
- Conducts tax reconciliations and data cross-checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Performs internal tax audits of documents and transactions
- Monitors tax legislation updates and applies required changes in processes
- Supports monthly and annual tax/accounting closings with precise data and analysis
- Strong expertise in indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS on sales)
- Knowledge and practical experience in direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL)
- Solid knowledge of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, DCTF, GIA, PER/DCOMP)
- Ability to reconcile tax data and analyze discrepancies
- Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
