About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Lead to join our Americas Insights and Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering primary research projects for retailers and manufacturers, as well as managing and analyzing data from our customer strategy & insights team's database.

As a Senior Research Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from scoping and managing primary research projects to publishing thought leadership articles and white papers. You will also have the chance to collaborate with our team of experts to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver primary research projects for retailers and manufacturers
  • Manage and analyze data from our customer strategy & insights team's database
  • Develop and publish thought leadership articles and white papers
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end quantitative primary research
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience or strong interest in retail industry, particularly in fast moving consumer goods
  • Experience applying advanced statistical techniques to solve complex problems
  • Expert in primary research data analysis packages, such as SPSS, Q, Displayr
  • Experience or strong interest in writing thought leadership articles, white papers
  • Experience or strong interest in learning a visualization package that creates self-serve insights for end-users, such as Displayr, Power BI or Tableau
