About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Lead to join our Americas Insights and Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering primary research projects for retailers and manufacturers, as well as managing and analyzing data from our customer strategy & insights team's database.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in end-to-end quantitative primary research, with a strong background in proposal writing, survey design, sample design, field management, data management, data analysis, reporting, and results presentations. You will also have experience applying advanced statistical techniques, such as regression analysis, cluster analysis, and factor analysis, to solve complex problems.

We are looking for someone with strong client and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in writing thought leadership articles and white papers. Additionally, you will have a working proficiency in Portuguese, although this is not required.
