As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advancing the sales of our products through procedure coverage, proper patient selection, and clinical education. This role involves providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance for our products, ensuring timely collection and reporting of medical documentation, and developing feasible solutions to customer needs.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical support to customers, including candidacy criteria, procedure support, post-procedure follow-up, and difficult case management
  • Acting as the primary resource for clinical support in areas such as troubleshooting, mapping, and patient follow-up for company products
  • Ensuring timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to procedural device operation
  • Developing and managing commercial inventory, as well as investigating product inventory when necessary
  • Building strong relationships with hospital, lab, and office personnel to facilitate future sales
  • Assisting in professional education activities sponsored by us, educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products
  • Identifying opportunities to present competitive information to support sales activities in the region
  • Supporting field training and educational needs of incoming field personnel

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and externally for the majority of the time. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health field, minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare field, and credentialed as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). Experience in assisting a physician with vein procedures is also essential.
