Job Title: Well Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Well Site Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of well operations at our site.

  • Oversee all aspects of well operations, from planning to execution.
  • Ensure that well operations are completed safely and efficiently.

This includes responsible for reporting, protecting the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from harm resulting from operations.

Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations.

Coordinates work of product services lines and subcontractors, including rig contractor, to meet engineered well design.

Supervises day-to-day field operations at the well site.

Acts as a direct supervisor for junior level well site supervisors and matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand objectives of the well services operation and take actions required to accomplish the objective.
  • Responsible for all well operations and reporting, protecting the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from harm resulting from operations.
  • Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations.
  • Coordinates work of product services lines and subcontractors, including rig contractor, to meet engineered well design.
  • Supervises day-to-day field operations at the well site.
  • Acts as a direct supervisor for junior level well site supervisors and matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma and a minimum of ten years of experience with at least five years of operations management experience.
  • A Supervisory Well Control certificate is required.
  • An undergraduate degree is preferred.

As a Well Site Operations Manager, you will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to your team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for communicating effectively with other departments and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
