Operational Assistant Job SummaryWe are seeking an Operational Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time entry-level position responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of logistics and transportation services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the issuance of warehouse invoices (NF) and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operational fiscal flow
  • Support the use of WMS, FORLOG, and RODOPAR systems as required
  • Maintain intermediate level proficiency in Excel
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, dynamic, organized, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Focused on delivering results
Education and Experience:
  • Diploma or higher education in Logistics or related fields, preferably in progress or completed
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics companies
Work Location: Jundiaí, SPWorking Conditions: This is a permanent CLT position with a standard full-time schedule
