Contract proposal specialist responsible for preparing contracts, supporting sales teams and tracking orders in various modalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop contract proposals, receive and review assigned orders for reciprocating and centrifugal compressors.
- Collaborate with sales, commercial, supply chain and order management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve issues during the contract proposal and parts order preparation process, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners for efficient issue resolution.
- Stay updated on trade compliance regulations and implement necessary changes to internal processes.
- Design and implement KPIs, dashboards and reports for monitoring parts contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering.
- Experience in power generation services required.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of business, financial and operational processes essential.
- Excellent working knowledge of SAP required.
- Creativity, self-motivation and customer focus a plus.
