As a UI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting business software utilizing the Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, and delivering new features within an agile team framework
  • Creating user interfaces using Java, HTML, JavaScript, and React
  • Optimizing UI components for performance and accessibility
  • Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to understand design intent and translate it into clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
  • Participating in development processes like planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Conducting unit tests and end-to-end workflow testing of developed software to ensure adherence to quality standards
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • Professional experience in developing business software in the SaaS distribution model using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with technical product managers, architects, and technical leads
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, compliance, open-source technologies, and frameworks
  • Excellent understanding of various web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSP, React.JS Redux, Webpack, and Babel
  • Very strong Java programming skills, good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, and moderate knowledge of SQL
  • Superior communication skills in English
