As a senior user experience designer, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on creating seamless designs that bring out the best in our users. Your role will involve taking product requirements and transforming them into intuitive user experiences that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design process for complex products, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to turn requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Create wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to visualize ideas.
- Communicate design decisions effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in interaction design, UX design, or a related field.
- Senior-level experience in interaction design, leadership, and design system implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand technical roles and design for web and mobile platforms.
- Experience evaluating user interface designs and working in Agile/Scrum development processes is beneficial.
- Fluent English language skills and an online portfolio of your work.
