Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design community, you will play a vital role in crafting innovative solutions that meet complex challenges for internal initiatives and customer-facing engagements.

As a Senior User Experience Designer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping innovative, human-centered solutions through design craft and strategic thinking
  • Working closely with customers, cross-functional partners, and fellow designers to turn insights into impactful experiences
  • Visualizing experience concepts through wireframes, design mockups, journey maps, process flows, and prototypes
  • Analyzing user needs and gathering requirements across multiple product experiences
  • Helping define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and design leadership
  • Building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Design, UX Research, Product Management, and Engineering

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A refined design craft with a portfolio showcasing your skills in shaping early ideas into compelling concepts and delivering polished, production-ready experiences
  • Curiosity and a willingness to stay ahead of emerging trends, especially in intelligent, adaptive, and generative technologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and partnering with product and development to oversee the user experience from conception to launch
  • Ability to think long- and short-term to meet the constraints of product and experience needs while iterating toward a future vision
  • Clear communication skills and ability to present your work to internal stakeholders at different design stages and support your decisions
