Project Director Role

**Job Overview:**
As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all site activities within the project scope. This includes Fabrication and Installation supervision, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning supervision of equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with quality, time, and budget objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects by leading a team of engineers and technicians
- Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage risks and opportunities to ensure project success
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve project goals

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Desirable Qualifications:**
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
