Job Title

About the Job

  • Establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our solutions
  • Develop and present customized demos of our products to showcase their capabilities and address customer challenges
  • Convey in-depth knowledge of customers' technology as it pertains to our solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Achieve quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Travel based on territory alignment and region as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer, or Customer Success roles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • In-depth knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technologies
