About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As an HR Systems Experience Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Continuing the implementation of Workday during the first 6 months, making adjustments as needed.
  • Guaranteeing best practices for handling tools and implementing new modules when necessary.
  • Providing technical support to workstream leads and leaders of the operation.
  • Managing consultancy hours for adjustments required due to business changes.
  • Adapting internal tools to provide an amazing experience for all users.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Workday system (configuration level/create and change business processes) and Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • The ability to work with different stakeholders in multiple locations and business units.
