We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in implementing and executing HR policies and processes for assigned business units.
This strategic role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects to effectively support employees and leaders at all levels within the organization.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence, e.g., HRSS Tier 1, HR Partner Teams, Payroll & Benefits etc.
- Support line managers in new employee orientation and ad hoc reviews as directed.
- Work with senior HR team members on redesign and implementation of local and global HR initiatives.
- Coordinate organizational effectiveness and HR partnering change management efforts associated with reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4+ years experience within an HR function as an HR generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience.
- English language proficiency with written and verbal communications.
This is a highly visible role that demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
